VIP Reception in Hangar 1 - Open to WPAFB, Community DVs and select Sponsors/Partners
Social in Hangar 2 for all other honored attendees - 1820-1830 Call to Dinner
- 1830-1845 Opening Narration, National Anthem, Invocation and Opening comments
- 1845-1915 Dinner served (Air Force Band of Flight provides background music)
- 1915-1930 Intermission
- 1930-1945 Cake Cutting, AFA Award Presentation and short presentation commemorating the 75th Anniversary of the Berlin Airlift
- 1945-2000 Air Force Band of Flight
- 2000 Closing narration – Invite attendees to after party
- 2000-2200 After Party in a NMUSAF Hangar X (DJ provides music/Cash Bar)
