The Wright Memorial Chapter supports our veterans at the Dayton VA Center, the Wright State University Veterans Center, and the USO on Wright Patterson AFB. We sponsor parties and picnics, honor our veterans during the National Salute to Veterans Week by visiting and serving treats at the Dayton VA, and by making contributions to the USO and the WSUVC. Our committee members also volunteer their time at the Dayton VA as ambassadors, assisting visitors and patients to enhance their visitor experience, and support special events like the Homeless Stand Down and the Veterans Parade, and at the USO with the Airmen’s Attic. As a member of the Veterans Administration Voluntary Services Advisory Committee, we support many unfunded needs, and special fundraisers for the Fisher House.
